Custom Order Policies for Our Maple Ridge Bakeshop

The fine print, but make it sweet. These policies keep every order running smoothly so your treats show up exactly how (and when) you pictured them.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date.

• The remaining 50% balance is due one week before your pickup or delivery date.

• Your date isn't locked in until the deposit is received.

Cancellations

• Orders must be cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice.

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable, since it covers your reserved spot on the calendar and any supplies purchased for your order.

Delivery

• Delivery is available at a rate of $1/km, calculated to and from your event location.

• Please make sure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time.

Holiday Pre-Orders

Holiday pre-orders are paid in full at checkout through Square.
